By using otion.solutions ("the Website") or engaging Otion LLC ("we," "us," "our") for services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Services

Otion LLC provides business solutions including website development, Google Business optimization, process automation, online scheduling, digital presence management, and AI agent setup. All services are delivered on a project or retainer basis as agreed in writing.

Pricing & Payment

• Project pricing is quoted per engagement and valid for 30 days
• Retainer services are billed monthly and are month-to-month unless otherwise agreed
• Payment is due upon invoice unless other terms are specified
• Late payments may result in service suspension

Client Responsibilities

• Provide timely access to information, accounts, and materials needed to complete the work
• Review and approve deliverables within agreed timeframes
• Maintain confidentiality of any login credentials or access granted

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients own the final deliverables (websites, content, designs). Otion LLC retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Cancellation & Refunds

• Retainer services may be cancelled with 30 days written notice
• Project fees are non-refundable after work has commenced
• We will work with you to resolve any concerns before cancellation

Limitation of Liability

Otion LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Website Use

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Use the site in any way that could damage or impair it
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site
• Use the site to transmit malware or harmful code

Changes

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States.
