1. What We Collect

ScheduleLink-Go (operated by Otion LLC) collects only what we need to make scheduling work: your name and email when you sign up, phone number and message content for SMS features, calendar tokens so we can read availability and write events, and the bookings made through your link.

Payment information is processed securely through Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your information to provide and improve the Service: schedule appointments, send SMS confirmations and reminders, enable two-way messaging between businesses and customers, process payments, sync with Google and Microsoft calendars, and provide customer support.

3. SMS & Text Messaging

ScheduleLink-Go uses SMS to send appointment confirmations, reminders, and facilitate communication between service providers and their clients.

• Message frequency varies based on activity. You typically receive 2–6 messages per booking (confirmation, reminders, and two-way communication).
• Opt-out: Reply STOP, CANCEL, END, or UNSUBSCRIBE at any time to stop receiving SMS. You will receive one final confirmation message.
• Help: Reply HELP for assistance.
• Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Contact your carrier for pricing.
• Marketing: We do not send marketing or promotional SMS without your separate consent.

Mobile information and messaging consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

4. Data Sharing

We never sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the Service: Twilio (SMS delivery), Stripe (payments), Google and Microsoft (calendar APIs), Vercel (hosting), Zoho (email notifications).

5. Data Protection

We take the security of your data seriously. ScheduleLink-Go implements the following safeguards to protect sensitive information, including Google user data:

• Encryption in transit: All data transmitted between your device and our servers, as well as between our servers and third-party APIs (Google, Microsoft), is encrypted using TLS 1.2+ (HTTPS).
• Encryption at rest: Stored data, including calendar tokens and user credentials, is encrypted at rest using industry-standard AES-256 encryption.
• Access controls: Access to production systems containing Google user data is restricted to authorized personnel only, enforced through role-based access controls and multi-factor authentication.
• Token security: OAuth tokens for Google and Microsoft calendar access are stored securely and never exposed client-side. Tokens are scoped to the minimum permissions required (read availability and write events) and are revocable by the user at any time.
• Regular audits: We periodically review our data access patterns and security practices to ensure compliance with industry standards.

6. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your data only as long as necessary to provide the Service. Our policies regarding Google user data and all other collected information are as follows:

• Account data: Your account information (name, email, phone number) is retained for the duration of your active account. Upon account deletion, this data is permanently removed within 30 days.
• Calendar data (Google & Microsoft): Calendar tokens and synced event data are retained only while your account is active and connected. When you disconnect your calendar or delete your account, all associated calendar tokens and cached event data are deleted within 30 days.
• SMS data: Message content and logs are retained for up to 12 months for service quality and compliance purposes, after which they are deleted.
• User-initiated deletion: You may request immediate deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at support@schedulelink.tech. We will process your request within 7 business days and confirm once complete.
• OAuth revocation: You can revoke ScheduleLink-Go's access to your Google or Microsoft account at any time through your account's security settings. Upon revocation, we cease all access to your calendar data immediately.
